Factory-sealed or hand-opened boxes
Occasional duplicates

🔒 Returns & Exchanges

All sales are final unless an item arrives damaged in shipping.

Exchanges are possible only if:
You contact us within 7 days of delivery
Items are returned in original condition
Return is processed through our official Canada Post system (we provide the link).
No refunds for “didn’t like the design,” duplicates, or “opened vs sealed” surprises.

Refunds apply to the product price only.
Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the order was lost or damaged in transit.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless otherwise agreed.
Refunds are issued once the returned item is received and inspected.
