• We review your submission and agree on a fair price together.
• Your item is listed in the Mamie Pop Resale Collection on our website.
  
  

3. When it sells

• The buyer pays through our checkout like any other product.
• We handle the transaction, customer service, and packaging (if an item is sent to us).
  
  

4. Get paid

• You earn 80% of the sale price (Mamie Pop keeps 20% commission).
• Payments sent monthly via Interac e-Transfer, PayPal, or Mamie Pop Store Credit.
• Choosing store credit gives you an extra 5% bonus 💖.
  

📦 Shipping Options

Option A: Ship to Mamie Pop first

• You send us your item. We verify, re-package, and ship to buyer.
• Best for buyer confidence ✨.

Option B: Ship directly to buyer

• Faster & cheaper for you, but you’re responsible for safe packaging and shipping proof.

✔️ Complete sets, sealed or open (must include card/bag if originally included)
✔️ Collectibles in excellent condition only

📝 Terms

• You agree to our commission (20%) and payout schedule.

Mamie Pop Resale Program Agreement
This agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into between Mamie Pop Blind Box (“Mamie Pop”) and the individual (“Seller”) participating in the resale program.

By submitting items to the Mamie Pop Resale Program, Seller agrees to the following terms:

1. Items Accepted

• Sellers may only submit authentic, complete, and undamaged collectibles (e.g., blind box figures, cards, accessories).
• Items must include all original parts (e.g., card, bag) if originally provided.
• No counterfeit or fake products will be accepted.

2. Listing & Pricing

• Mamie Pop reserves the right to approve or reject any item.
• Listing prices are determined in consultation with Seller, but final pricing decisions rest with Mamie Pop.

3. Commission & Payment

• Mamie Pop retains a 20% commission on each completed sale.
• Seller receives 80% of the final sale price.
• Payouts are processed monthly, via Interac e-Transfer, PayPal, or store credit (store credit includes a 5% bonus).

4. Shipping

• Option A: Seller ships items to Mamie Pop for verification and fulfillment.
  
• Option B: Seller ships items directly to Buyer, providing proof of shipment.
  
  Note : Seller assumes full responsibility for packaging and shipping if choosing Option B.

5. Returns & Disputes

• All resale items are final sale.
• If an item arrives to the Buyer damaged or incomplete due to Seller’s fault, Seller forfeits payment and Mamie Pop may issue a refund to the Buyer.
• Mamie Pop reserves the right to remove Sellers who fail to comply with program standards.

6. Liability

• Mamie Pop acts solely as a facilitator and is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage of items shipped directly between Seller and Buyer.
• By participating, Seller agrees to hold Mamie Pop harmless from any disputes beyond the scope of this Agreement.

Shipping details

Sellers may choose one of the following shipping options:

Option A: Ship to Mamie Pop First (Recommended)

• Seller covers the cost of shipping the item to Mamie Pop.
• Mamie Pop covers the cost of shipping the item to the Buyer.
• This method allows Mamie Pop to verify authenticity and condition, and ensures the item is re-packaged with Mamie Pop’s standard branding.
• Items shipped this way may receive a “Mamie Verified” badge on the listing to increase buyer confidence.

Option B: Ship Directly to Buyer

• Shipping costs are split 50/50 between Seller and Mamie Pop.
• Example: If tracked shipping is $12, Seller pays $6 and Mamie Pop pays $6.
• Seller is fully responsible for securely packaging the item and providing proof of shipment.
• Mamie Pop is not liable for damages, delays, or losses in this option.
